These terms and conditions apply to private consumers’ purchase of goods in STOFF Nagel’s webshop. It is not possible to give in VAT/CVR. numbers in the webshop. If you wish to shop on behalf of a business, please contact our customer service on [email protected]. If you place an order in the webshop on behalf of a business within the EU, you are responsible for claiming the VAT, not STOFF Copenhagen ApS.
When shopping on stoffnagel.com you automatically accept below terms and conditions. We recommend reading the terms and conditions before completing a purchase on stoffnagel.com. STOFF Copenhagen ApS reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or if any product defects are identified.

PAYMENT & PURCHASE
All items purchased at stoffnagel.com are sold including VAT.
When you place an order, your card will be validated, and you will then receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. The amount will only be deducted from your debit card once we have shipped the item from our store.
We accept payment with VISA-Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Mobile Pay, Klarna, American Express and PayPal. We do not charge credit card fees. The amount will not be charged until the goods have been shipped.
Credit Card transactions between the cardholder and STOFF Copenhagen are acquired via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer), which means that it is secure to purchase from STOFF Copenhagen. Clearhouse/Quickpay handle the customer payment information and thereby STOFF Copenhagen or other external users do not have access to the customers data. Personal data such as name and delivery address etc. are treated 100% confidential.
For countries outside Europe and non-EU countries, the receiver will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery processing time
STOFF Copenhagen always strives to ship the purchased order as soon as possible. Delivery is subject to availability and receipt of payment. Upon receipt of payment, the purchased order will be processed within 1- 3 working days from STOFF Copenhagen. Orders completed on Monday – Friday before 11 AM will often be posted on the same day.
All orders are dispatched via GLS//UPS so please count in their delivery times. STOFF Copenhagen can not be held responsible for delays in delivery times caused by the courier company.

RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
All products are sold with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. The customer may contact us with the reason for dissatisfaction and return the purchased order within 14 days of receipt as long as the product has not been used and is packaged in its original packaging. Upon receipt, STOFF Copenhagen will refund the customer the full value of the product or post a product replacement, depending on the customer’s wish. The replacement order is subject to availability. The amount will be refunded using the same payment option used for the purchase transaction unless the customer clearly states otherwise. In all circumstances, no added fee will be charged for the payment refund.
Following criteria must be met before returning the product and to qualify for a full refund:
The customer must inform STOFF Copenhagen of the product dissatisfaction within the 14 days from receipt with a written notice – i.e. via email.

NOTE:
STOFF Copenhagen does not cover delivery and packaging charges of returned goods. STOFF Copenhagen can not be held responsible for the packaged goods before it has been received. We, therefore, recommend the customer to send it with a receipt/insurance.
If the customer receives a damaged/incorrect product from us, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify STOFF Copenhagen immediately after receipt by sending an email to [email protected].
STOFF Copenhagen reserves the right to withhold any refund until the goods have been received or until it has been documented by the customer that the goods have been posted, depending on which comes first.
STOFF Copenhagen reserves the right to evaluate the product impairments if the product has been used.
RETURNS WITHIN US & CANADA
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since delivery of your order (per shipment tracking information), unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including any tags, inserts and boxes. A 20% restocking fee of the original purchase amount applies to all authorized returns and will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to note on the shipment. Any returned items without prior approval and assigned Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be refunded.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately any sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item above $100 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually about two to three business banking days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected], we will issue a return merchandise authorization whereupon you can send your item to: NORMODE, 1045 Cobb Parkway North, Marietta, GA, 30062, United States.
Any Claim for defective or damaged items must be filed within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]
COMPLAINTS
All products purchased on stoffnagel.com are covered by the 2-year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act, which means the customer can complain of product defects up to 2 years after the date of purchase. The warranty no longer applies if the product has been incorrectly used or due to lack of maintenance.
