You can easily remove candle drips by placing the wall hanger in hot water until wax softens. To remove tarnish, place the wall hanger in a solution of hot water with 1 tbsp citric acid per ½ liter water and a drop of detergent. Leave for 10 min. Wipe with dry cloth. If it still shows signs of tarnish, use brass polish and wipe with dry cloth to bring back the light brassy look.
